Houston County’s fortunes continue to flourish. Warner Robins’ continues to go in the opposite direction.
How good has it gotten for Houston County? Wednesday – on Senior Night – was the Bears’ fifth straight. In that run are three shutouts and two games in which they only allowed a run. They are now 14-14 overall (a lot of tough competition to start the year).
How bad has it gotten for the Demons? Well, counting Wednesday’s 10-0 loss, Houston County has now beaten them three times and done it in 17 innings. It was also the second-straight no-hitter thrown against them. Previously, it was Veterans’ Derek Wylie throwing a perfect game. Wednesday it was Chandler Ring and Chandler Dawson – their only marks against them three walks. Ring, in two innings of work, gave a free pass to two, while striking out three – Luna walked one and fanned one.
Warner Robins is now 5-22.

Lawson Trawick also had a pair of RBIs and scored once. He was 1-2 with a pair of walks.
Houston County scored one run in the first, three in the third, one in the fourth and five in the fifth.
