The Warner Robins Demonettes remained undefeated by picking up two more victories this past Thursday & Friday. On Thursday, the Warner Robins girls played host to region opponent Eagles Landing & took care of business winning 63-44. The next night, the Demonettes traveled to play county rival Houston Co & won 50-19 to improve to 8-0 overall & 4-0 in region play.
The Perry Lady Panthers also picked up two victories starting with a dominating 60-8 road victory over Dooly Co on Thursday & then a 58-34 home victory of county rival Northside on Saturday. The Lady Panthers currently sit at 2-1 overall. The HoCo Lady Bears lost to County rivals Warner Robins 50-19 & Veterans 53-11 both at home on Friday & Saturday. Houston Co currently sits at 4-4 overall & 0-1 in region play. Veterans improved to 5-1 overall & 1-0 in region play with their victory over HoCo. The Lady Eagles who lost to county rival Perry, fell to 2-3 overall.
On the boys side, the Perry Panthers lost 59-57 at Dooly Co on Thursday & defeated county rival Northside 64-59 on Saturday to pick up their fist win of the season. The Perry boys currently sit at 1-2 overall. The Houston Co Bears lost to county rival Warner Robins at home 63-52 & followed up with a 57-51 loss to county rival Veterans. The Bears sit at 4-5 overall & 0-1 in region play.
Northside lost on Saturday to county rival Perry 64-59 & their overall record currently sits at 2-3 while Veterans improved to 5-1 overall 1-0 in region play after their 57-51 victory over county rival Houston Co on Saturday. Warner Robins went 1-1 in their last two games starting with a 68-51 home loss to region foe Eagles Landing & rebounding with a 63-52 road win over county rival Houston Co. The Demons currently sit at 6-2 overall & 2-2 in region play.
