Boone focused on consistency, growth

Sportsmic’s video interview with Coach Boone is at the end of this article.

Going back to the basics in his first season, Northside’s head coach, Daniel “Boone” Williams is shifting the focus from simply competing to executing at a higher level in year two. While the 2025 record may not have reflected it, the team learned each how to compete throughout the season. A pivotal win, at the end of the year, helped spark belief throughout the team, carrying momentum into this offseason.

This year the objective remains clear: compete at a high level and play for one another while staying grounded in the team’s core values. With a unified, returning coaching staff-a major strength-along with enhanced nutrition and a competitive strength and conditioning program, Northside is focused on returning to prominence.

Facing one of the toughest regions in the country, a schedule filled with playoff talented opponents and elite State Championship experienced head coaches, the Eagles embrace the challenge by expecting to be battle tested and being prepared to compete every Friday night. With a strong support system behind the program, the Eagles head into the 2026 season focused on turning
growth into results.

Upcoming Dates: Spring Game (May 15 @ Peach), Scrimmage (Aug. 14 @ Perry), Season Opener (Aug. 21 vs. Eagles Landing at The MAC).
