This past Saturday, the Northside Eagles hosted longtime county rival Warner Robins in their rematch of January 11th’s contest and the results would be a Demons’ sweep with the girls winning 55-19 and the boys winning 77-57. The Demonettes improved to 20-0 on the season while the Lady Eagles fell to 8-11 overall. The Warner Robins boys improved to 11-6 overall while the Northside boys fell to 9-10 overall.
Other Saturday results saw both Perry teams lose by a combined eight points to Macon Co down in Montezuma with the girls falling 54-51 and the boys falling 56-51. Jones Co hosted Woodland out of Stockbridge and got a split with the girls winning 50-34 and the boys losing a close one 49-46. Mary Persons played at Whitewater last Friday Night and got a split with the girls winning 38-22 and the boys losing 45-43.
