What do you like most about your sport?

I love the competition and the feeling of winning in “nail-biter” situations.

—–

What makes your sport challenging/difficult?

The lack of time to spend with family and friends, but all the benefits make it worthwhile.

—–

How do you typically approach game day/time? Do you have any specific routines, etc?

I always pray to my “papa”. He was like my best friend before he passed.

—–

How do you overcome mistakes?

I learn from them, but I shake it off and tell myself: I got it next time.

—–

What’s been your most memorable game/event to date?

I would say my most memorable game would be beating Mount de Sales my … (cut off but presumably her former school).

—–

In your family, who “likes” your sport the most?

My grandmother. She has been to every single game and has traveled with me everywhere.

—–

Is there anyone who has been a special mentor to you? In what way(s)?

My grandmother, again. She always does anything for me to have a roof over my head, food in my belly, and to be at the softball field living my dream.

—–

What do you like to do in your down time (when not practicing/playing)?

I love to visit my brother, Ethan, and my sister, Chloe. Also, I love traveling to visit loved ones.

—–

What is your favorite food/hobbies?

My favorite food would be any fruit or veggie.

—–

Who is a “hero” in your life and why?

Again, it’s my grandmother, because she pushes me to be my best.

—–

What was the scariest/most cherished thing you have had to do so far in your life?

I would say the college committing process, but it was all worth it because I am a future “Lion”.

—–

What is the best compliment you’ve ever received?

Someone told me when I was younger that one day I would be a D1 athlete. One day, due to my softball talent. Ever since, I have done nothing but work hard (to get there).
