The Warner Robins Demons returned to the gridiron after a BYE week last week when they traveled to play the Eagle’s Landing Golden Eagles and the result was dominate Demons victory 35-7. Warner Robins improves to 5-3 overall; 4-0 in region play and will host Jones Co in the region 2-AAAAA championship game next Friday.
The Golden Eagles fall to 3-6 overall; 2-3 in region play and will likely wrap up their season next Friday at Dutchtown.
The Northside Eagles hosted the Lee Co Trojans at the MAC earlier tonight and the Trojans absolutely demolished the host by winning 56-7 tonight to improve to 7-1 overall; 3-0 in region play and will travel to Thomas Co Central next Friday in what likely will be the region title that could include HoCo dictating what happens with the TCC-HoCo battle tomorrow.
The Eagles fall to 3-5 overall; 1-2 in region play and will travel to play region and county rival Veterans next Friday.
