The Softball Playoffs begin today as the Perry Lady Panthers host the North Springs Lady Spartans in a doubleheader. Perry is led by head coach Ally Clegg and their record is 17-8 overall. The Lady Panthers are the two-seed out of region 1-AAAA and today’s broadcast will begin this afternoon at 3:20pm with Game One’s first pitch slated for 3:30pm on the Perry channel on the Sportsmic app.
On Friday, the Mary Persons Lady Bulldogs will host the Troup Co Lady Tigers in a doubleheader. The Lady Dogs are led by head coach Ronnie Shipman and their record is 16-8 overall. The Black, Gold, and White are the two-seed out of region 2-AAA and this is the first time Mary Persons is hosting a Playoffs series since 2018. The broadcast is slated to begin at 12:45pm Friday Afternoon with Game One’s first pitch slated for 1pm on the Mary Persons Softball channel on the Sportsmic app.
The HoCo Lady Bears will host the Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs in Round One late Friday Afternoon in a doubleheader. The Lady Bears are led by head coach April Collins and their record is 19-9 overall. The Black, Silver, and White are the one-seed out of region 2-AAAAA and the broadcast is slated to begin at 3:50pm late Friday Afternoon with Game One’s first pitch slated for 4pm on the HoCo Softball channel on the Sportsmic App.
